Streight boys going gay
Most people know that you can't "turn" someone gay, but some teens who are gay hope to make a straight crush like them back one day. When you're in this situation as a GLBT teen, it's understandable that you would ask what you can do with your straight crush. Whether you're writing, venting, or simply sharing your experience, it's typical to want to grab your crush's attention or otherwise "turn" them gay. Although it can be hard to accept, most straight guys just aren't going to be interested in a gay relationship. The fact is, people can't "turn" other people gay or bisexual, just like they can't turn them straight.

I was the new kid in town, shy, friendless and still peeking through a crack in the closet door to see how things were on the outside. Gay night at Limelight was my dirty little secret.
Or maybe he just likes to pretend that he does. Most guys in the world are straight. If you like men, it's only a matter of time until you're going to find a straight one attractive; they're all over the place. Under most circumstances, this doesn't have to be a big deal. You see a guy you like, you realize quickly enough that he's straight, and you move on.
